What is it?
Patreon allows listeners to automatically donate money each month and receive “kick-backs” in return. Kick-backs include branded Pints With Jack stickers, coast, and glasses. Additionally, upper-tier Patreon supporters receive benefits like video-chats with the co-hosts and access to the Pints With Jack Slack Channel, which is a chat program which allows the co-hosts and Patreon supporters to discuss episodes and other books we’re reading.
Available Tiers
As indicated above, there are a number of different levels of support which you can provide to the podcast. Here they are in descending order…
Premium: “Till We Have Facetime” ($20)
Okay, you clearly have too much money. Fortunately, we want to help you with this problem!
In exchange for taking twenty of your hard-earned dollars each month, we’ll give you access to our Slack channel, as well as send you all of the gifts.
Not only that, we’ll jump on a video conferencing platform (FaceTime, Skype, Google Hangouts) to meet you and say thank you. Finally, we’ll mention you by name at the end of every episode for being a top-tier supporter.
Gold: “A Pint Observed” ($10)
Okay, things are getting serious now… You love the podcast so much that you want to support us with a gift of ten dollars a month.
As a thank you, not only will you get stickers, a coaster and access to our Slack channel, we’ll toast you in an upcoming episode and you also have a choice between the following gifts:
